PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 22 of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, and Chapter 4 of the Municipal Systems Act of 32 of 2000, that members of the general public are invited to attend the public hearing on the Draft IDP/Budget/PMS submissions, whereby His Worship the Mayor, Cllr. E.M. Nkosi will be responding to such comments made by the public during the IDP/Budget/PMS roadshow sessions.  The public hearing will be held as follows:-

Venue: Council Chamber

Time: 09H00

Subsequent to this, ExCo will hold its meeting to approve the final 2018/2019IDP/Budget/PMS on the 29th of May 2018 then subsequent adoption by Council on the 30th of May 2018.
