Notice is hereby given in terms of section 29 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 117 of 1998, that the first inaugural meeting of the newly elected Council of the Newcastle Municipality for the term 2016 to 2021 will be held in the Town Hall, Scott Street, Newcastle on Monday, 22 August, 2016 at 10:00 for the purpose of considering the matters as contained in the agenda.
